Return / Exchange

Should you not be happy with your product from Blume's Boutique, please reach out ASAP and we would be happy to discuss this with you. Currently, we are not offering returns but if there is something wrong with your order, product is broken or damaged, we are happy to justify that for you. The customer must supply photos of the damaged product and Blume's Boutique will contact you. ​It is Blume's Boutique promise that all products are sent in the best condition and any damage is during shipping and not the quality of Blume's Boutique.
